The house shown for the University of California is called Blake House, located in Blake Garden in the Berkeley hills, which is open to the public. It has not been used as a presidential residence since 2008 when then-UC President Dynes resigned and called the deteriorating structure “unlivable.” When Janet Napolitano became UC president in 2013, the UC Regents authorized preliminary studies about renovation of the 90-year old structure (donated to the university in 1957), estimated to cost between $3.5 and $6 million, but as far as I’m aware it’s still abandoned.
