On behalf of PEN America and the Asian American Writers’ Workshop, we invite you to join us on May 27 for a day of action to condemn this scourge; celebrate Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander writers; and to raise your voice to call out hate in all its heinous forms.

Thanks for posting these.
I’m glad that these visible posts did not seem to blame Trump for any uptick in anti-Asian hate crimes. (He has plenty to be blamed for but he — and his advisors — have almost always made sure to blame the “Chinese Communist Party” for the scandalous practices regarding COVID-19.) He never blamed the Chinese people for the epidemic or encouraged any hate crimes against Asians.
I just learned that a close friend, a Korean-American, was cursed out on the streets of New York recently. From all accounts, this was done by a “nut case.”
