Banned Books Quiz

A few days ago I posted a brief piece, “Which Banned Book Are You?“, that linked to a quiz posted by librarians at Columbus State Community College to promote the annual Banned Books Week, which runs through tomorrow.  My post has since had over 5,000 visits and has been the most visited post on this blog for several days now.  I’m not sure how so many folks found it so quickly, but I’m more than happy if I managed to increase awareness of Banned Books Week and of the efforts by academic librarians to defend the freedom to read.  So, I just learned that the ACLU also has a different sort of banned books quiz on its site that visitors to the Academe blog may also enjoy.  If you like you can take that quiz here:
